Aged 13 – 25? Want to learn more about music/recording/music production in a hands on, fun and safe environment? Our free lessons, workshops and masterclasses are suitable for everyone from complete beginners through to those who are interested in getting hands on experience and advice on recording and mixing.

The North Edinburgh Arts (NEA) music studio offers competitively priced professional recording facilities and a versatile rehearsal space in a welcoming, community based environment.
Besides regular use for recording and rehearsals the space regularly caters for a variety of community use. We regularly engage with funded projects to provide musical opportunities for local people and have a strong background in delivering youth music projects.
Our helpful and friendly studio team have a wealth of experience both in engineering and the wider music industry, making this an ideal venue for everyone looking for a more affordable or accessible option when it comes to rehearsing or recording.
