Join Stephanie Knight, a Hatha yoga teacher, for online yoga classes and meditation sessions suitable for all levels of experience.
Chair Yoga (Wednesdays, 4.30pm – 5.30pm)
This class is for people who enjoy gentle, therapeutic movement, pranayama (breath exercises), relaxation and meditation. It’s especially beneficial for people who are recovering from injury, live with disabilities, have limited movement, and who just want to take things gently. Each week builds on the achievements of the previous week, and of course, everyone is welcome.
Meditation (Thursdays, 7pm – 8.15pm)
Gentle stretch, pranayama and guided meditation session.
Yoga Class (General Level) Saturdays 10.30am – 12(noon)
This yoga class includes warm-up, asana, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. Everyone is welcome as all asanas are adapted to suit your level of ability and learning.

For this session, you’ll need: a chair, a dressing gown belt/yoga belt, tennis ball, blanket for relaxation and a bottle of water.
