Garden Sessions for Adults

A view along a gravel path through the NEA Community Garden in spring. A cluster of bright orange tulips provides a vivid splash of colour among lush green planting beds, shrubs, and bare-branched fruit trees just coming into blossom. A wooden raised bed is visible to the right, and a residential building can be seen in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

We’re running weekly drop-in gardening sessions for adults at the NEA Garden.

Volunteering at the NEA Garden is a great way to learn gardening skills and get to know people in the local area. Gardening also helps you get and stay active and supports your overall well-being.

The gardening sessions take place every Tuesday & Thursday, 1.30pm – 4pm

The sessions are for residents living in the local community (areas of Muirhouse, Pilton, Granton and Drylaw) – click here to see the NEA membership boundary map.
