How a garden and an artist changed an organisation.
We’ve been featured in the Scottish Communities Climate Action Network (SCCAN)‘s blog. In the 1000 Better Stories blog, SCCAN Story Weaver Lesley Anne Rose visits North Edinburgh Arts as we prepare to move into our refurbished and extended building later this year. She talks to Kate Wimpress, our Director, about the positive impact that transforming an outdoor space has had on our organisation and local community.
The blog highlights how the transformation of our outdoor space has shaped both our new business plan and the future of the organisation. From its early days as a “wasteland,” this green space is now central to NEA’s vision of sustainability, creativity, and community empowerment.
