The group is informal, supportive, and non-clinical. There’s no pressure to speak if you don’t feel ready, you can simply listen and take things at your own pace. It’s about creating a respectful environment where everyone feels comfortable being themselves.
All conversations are confidential, and the group is supported by local volunteers who help facilitate a safe and inclusive space for everyone who attends.
